ADM's All-Purpose Unbleached Flour is milled from a combination of hard red winter and soft wheat to make a flour that is versatile in its uses. The wheat used in this flour is grown all over the U.S. including Montana, Idaho, Kansas, Washington and North Dakota. It is milled in ADM's facility in Spokane, Washington which has been in operation since the 1930's. It can be used to make cakes, biscuits, pizza crust, quick bread, pancakes and waffles. It also can be used as a breading for fried meats and vegetable, in sauces as a thickener and as a dusting flour. Producing reliable results every time, it consistently makes end products that have high volume and even texture.

Blend: Wheat Flour, Enriched (Wheat flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, and Folic Acid)
Treatment: Enriched and Malted
Product shelf life is dependent upon storage conditions and is highly variable. The product should be stored under cool, dry, dark conditions in a humidity controlled environment. The industry standard for product shelf life, when stored under optimal conditions, is 1 year from date of manufacture.
