Description

This coconut milk is made from the first pressing of fresh organic coconut meat which makes an oil-rich extract and then is mixed with only filtered water and a small amount of guar gum (less than 1%). It has a thick consistency, rich, creamy texture and delicate coconut flavor. It is made up of mostly fat, including saturated fats known as medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs). It is a good source of several vitamins and minerals including iron, magnesium, potassium, copper, manganese, and selenium. It makes for a delicious ingredient in soups, curries, sauces, desserts, and beverages
