Nutritional yeast is a vegetarian dietary supplement with a pleasant cheesy and slightly nutty flavor. Mini flake nutritional yeast is rich in vitamin B12 and provides 8 grams of protein per serving. It is made from a specially selected strain of Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Cooks and bakers commonly add mini flake nutritional yeast to sauces, scrambles, crackers and biscuits or sprinkled on vegetables, baked potatoes and popcorn

SHELF LIFE AND SUGGESTED STORAGE
The product shelf life is dependent on storage conditions and is highly variable. It should be stored under cool, dry conditions and in a humidity-controlled environment. The industry standard for shelf life, when stored under optimum conditions, is 24 months from the date of manufacture.
