Organic All Winter Flour is made from certified organic hard wheat, unbleached, unmalted, unenriched and free from chemical maturing. It is used for general use baking with good color, flavor, and texture. Organic All-Winter Flour is milled and packaged following current Federal Good Manufacturing Practices and is certified organic under the National Organic Program (NOP) by Quality Assurance International (QAI).

Product shelf life is dependent upon storage conditions and is highly variable. Product should be stored under cool, dry, dark conditions in a humidity controlled environment. Industry standard for product shelf life, when stored under optimal conditions, is 6 months from date of manufacture.
