Aunt Patty's Roasted and Unsalted Creamy Almond Butter is made from ground dry roasted California almonds, nothing else added. Almonds are packed with nutrition and almond butter is too. High in protein (6 grams per ounce) and fiber (4 grams per ounce), almond butter is an excellent source of vitamins and minerals including calcium, magnesium, and potassium. Two decades of research has shown that almonds can help maintain a healthy heart and weight. One tablespoon of almond butter is equal to one ounce of natural almonds.

Almond butter is both a delicious and nutritious ingredient to use to make energy bars, cookies, muffins, smoothies, and sauces. It's also a healthy treat all on its own or spread on toast and bagels.
