Organic Dark Chocolate deposited into 1000 count chips. Cocoa solids – 45% minimum. All ingredients, except soy lecithin (made without GMO), are organically grown and produced. Our Organic Dark Chocolate Chips may also be known as Organic Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips.

Organic Semi-Sweet Chocolate (Organic Cane Sugar, Organic Chocolate Liquor, Organic Cocoa Butter, Soy Lecithin (Emulsifier), Organic Vanilla Extract).
Manufactured in a factory that handles tree nuts and milk and dairy products.

Suggested Storage

Product shelf life is dependent on storage conditions and is highly variable. Ingredients should be stored under cool, dry conditions and in a humidity controlled environment.  The industry standard for shelf life, when stored under optimum conditions, is 30 months from date of manufacture.
