Western Foods SuperFine Brown Rice flour is gluten free and a nutritious alternative to wheat flour. It is high in protein, iron, fiber and vitamin B. Brown rice flour is also rich in manganese. Use as a replacement for wheat flour in baked goods. The average replacement rate is 7/8 cup of brown rice flour per 1 cup of wheat flour. It can also be combined with other gluten free flours as well as used as a thickening agent for soups and gravies.
