Aunt Patty's Whole Bay Leaves are the leaf of the bay laurel and have a long history as a culinary herb. Add the whole leaves to broth bouquets or use the leaves to flavor spaghetti sauce, stews and in marinades.

Product shelf life is dependent on storage conditions and is highly variable. Products should be stored under cool, dry conditions and in a humidity controlled environment. Industry standard for product, when stored under optimum conditions, is 36 months from the date of manufacture.
