This chocolate is one of the original recipes by Octaaf Callebaut. It has grown into an iconic Callebaut recipe worldwide. It is made from Callebaut's signature Wieze blend. The whole bean roasting guarantees its full-bodied taste, solid cocoa body, and fine, fruity notes. Balanced and smooth, it pairs perfectly with a wide variety of ingredients and works in all applications ranging from confectionary to biscuits to sauces and drinks. It has a standard fluidity of 3 so provides great results every time.

SHELF LIFE & STORAGE
This product should be stored in a clean, dry (relative humidity max. of 70%), and odorless environment at a temperature of 12 - 20° C/ 54 - 68° F. When stored under optimum conditions, the product shelf life is 18 months from the date of manufacture.
