A clear, neutral flavored, slightly sweet syrup made from tapioca (also called manioc or cassava) starch. It is made by hydrolyzing the starch with natural enzymes.

Our high-quality, sustainably-sourced tapioca syrup, not only offers sweetness in food and beverage applications, but also a variety of functional benefits.  With growing concern from concerns from consumers surrounding corn syrup and GMO’s, this tapioca-derived natural sweetener can meet consumer demands. Unlike corn, commercial cultivation of GMO tapioca doesn’t currently exist making this versatile sweetener 100% Non-GMO.

Tapioca Syrup Benefits

Derived from a sustainable plant source, tapioca syrup has seen a resurgence in food manufacturing thanks to consumer hesitancy with HFCS and GMO ingredients.

With a neutral flavor and color and a wide range of functional DE levels, tapioca syrup can be used for confectionary, nurta & pharma, baking, snacking, beverage manufacturing, and more.

We work with tapioca syrup suppliers across the world so we can offer competitive pricing along with a full range of documentation, R&D assistance, and product support.
