Storage Recommendations

The shelf life of our rolled oats is dependent on storage conditions and is highly variable. We recommend to store in a cool, dry, humidity controlled environment, and out of direct sunlight. The industry standard for shelf life is 12 months from date of manufacture if stored in recommended conditions.

Note: Grain Millers Canada Corp (GMCC) is an exclusive oat milling production facility, that is certified gluten-free by Gluten-Free Certification Program (certified-GFCP COR #0219). It houses state of the art equipment and design flows for milling oats products. GMCC recognizes the importance of maintaining consistent and reliable gluten free products. Each pallet of product is tested using an R5 ELISA method to verify that the limit of gluten is below 10ppm gluten.
