The name vinegar comes from the French word vin aigre, meaning sour wine. Our Organic Apple Cider Vinegar made from organic apples, is great for vegetable pickling, or can be a tasty addition to marinades. It is also perfect for salad dressing.
The tangy, tart flavor can be boosted by adding just a bit of fresh herbs, garlic, peppers, or fruit.

Product shelf life is dependent on storage conditions. Products should be stored under cool, dry conditions and in a humidity controlled environment. When stored under optimum conditions, the shelf life is 36 months from the date of manufacture. Sediment may be seen after storage.
