Description

These dried infused tart cherries are grown here in the United States and they are always in season. The deep red color and bold cherry flavor pair well with both sweet and savory applications. Montmorency tart cherries contain anthocyanins which have been the focus of more scientific studies related to exercise recovery, sleep, inflammation, and heart health than any other type of cherry.

Great used in cereal, trail mix, confections, nut clusters and snack mixes.

SUGGESTED STORAGE

The shelf life of this product is dependent on storage conditions and is highly variable. It should be stored under cool, dry conditions, in a humidity controlled environment and out of direct sunlight. The industry standard for shelf life, when stored under optimum conditions, is 12 months from the date of manufacture. Refrigeration below 40 degrees F may cause crystallization of sugar due to further dehydration. Due to the nature of this product, settling and/or compaction may occur.
