Our Organic poppy seeds are a common ingredient in many different types of baked goods including bread, pastries, bagels, muffins and cake.  They also make a superb exfoliant in soaps and srcubs.

A 100 gram serving is composed of 6% water, 28% carbohydrates, 42% fat and 21% protein.

Our organic poppy seeds are a rich source of thiamin, folate and several dietary minerals including calcium, iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorous and zinc.

SUGGESTED STORAGE

The shelf life of these poppy seeds is dependent on storage conditions. They should be stored under cool, dry conditions and in a humidity controlled environment. When stored under optimum conditions, the shelf life is 24  months from the date of manufacture.
