Regional Wildflower Honey comes from a variety of honeys from the PacificNorthwest that are produced on a seasonal basis. This honey has a darker color and stronger flavor profile then that of the lighter honeys such as clover. It is the honey preferred by commercial bakers.

Color: Light amber to amber < 95 mm on pfund scale.
Honey may take on a semi-solid crystallized state due to its high sugar content. This does not affect the quality of the honey. The rate of crystallization depends upon a variety of things such as floral source, moisture content and storage conditions. This crystallization does not affect the quality of the honey and is not an indicator of shelf life. Gently warm to return to a liquid state. GloryBee guarantees that properly stored honey will remain in a liquid state for 90 days.
Product shelf life is dependent on storage conditions. Product should be sored under cool, dry conditions and in a humidity controlled environment. When stored under optimum conditions, the shelf life is 18 months from the date of manufacture.
